"Not sure why my experience was different from everyone else’s. Angelica reached out and was adamant about setting up my policy and the initial Rates were great! They had me on the hook and I spoke with Erica who had went over my Policy and compare the items I currently have to What Statefarm was offering and the policy for my homeowners went up slightly above what I’m paying now, it was really a no brained to stay put even though the auto decreased. Erica never called me back as discussed even though it felt like she was the one who was very knowledgeable about the process and respected my needs and wants. I spoke with Angelica initially and presented interest and Linda felt pressured and I didn’t really like that nonetheless, I’m staying with my current provider if I consider State Farm it would be possibly with another more organized agency. I hope that others have better experiences than I had, I see some did by the reviews but I guess when there’s some difference somewhere."
